Austin job alerts for subcontractors
Know first.
Bid first.
Every week we send you new Austin commercial projects, the general contractor running each one, and who to call. No pay-per-lead fees, no fighting 10 other contractors over the same lead-site request.
Taken from public City of Austin permit data. Updated weekly.

How it works
We find it. You win it.
Most subs hear about a job after the GC has already picked their team. We watch every new permit so you hear about it first.
We watch the permits
Our system reads every new Austin commercial building permit and pulls out the scope, the size, and the GC.
We filter for your trade
You only see jobs that matter to you, at the stage where your trade gets hired, flagged by whether a sub is already on file.
You make the call
Each Monday you get a short alert with the project, GC contact, and permit link. Call, get on the bid list, and win the work.

Why BuildLink ATX
Better than shared lead sites.
Permitted projects only
Every lead is a permitted project with a real address, a real scope, and the GC who's building it.
Earlier than everyone else
We flag jobs where no sub has pulled a permit yet, so you can reach the GC while there's still room on the bid list.
Built by someone in the field
The alerts are written by someone with electrical drawing and spec experience, so the scope notes actually make sense to tradespeople.
One flat monthly price
No pay-per-lead surprises. Cancel any time.

For GCs
General contractors
- Vetted local subs by trade
- License and insurance checked
- Post a "need a sub by next week" request
What each benefit means
- Vetted local subs by trade
- A list of Austin subcontractors sorted by trade, so you can find an electrician, plumber or drywall crew fast.
- License and insurance checked
- We check each sub's Texas license before they're listed, and collect a current certificate of insurance before we send them to your job.
- "Need a sub by next week" requests
- Tell us the trade, location and start date. We send the request to matching subs and pass their replies back to you.
- Why only $90 a month?
- Our subcontractor members pay to be connected with active GCs, so we keep the GC membership low. For less than one hour of a project manager's time, you get a vetted sub list and fast replies when you need a crew. Month to month, cancel any time.
BuildLink ATX finds and delivers job opportunities. We don't guarantee that you'll be invited to bid, awarded a contract, or that any project is still open when you reach out. Pricing, bidding, follow-up, and doing the work are your responsibility. Project details come from public records and may be incomplete or out of date, so verify before you bid. FAQ
Questions
Where does the data come from?
Public City of Austin construction permit records, checked weekly. We clean it up, filter it for your trade, and add the context you need to act on it.
Are these leads shared with other contractors?
Permit data is public, so anyone can look it up. But very few contractors go through it every week. Our job is to get it to you quickly and clearly, so you can act on it before most people even know about it.
What does "no electrician on file" mean?
No trade permit for that address has been filed yet. Some GCs pick subs before permits are pulled, so it's a strong signal, not a guarantee. Call early.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
Yes. You add your payment info to start the trial, but you pay $0 for the first 14 days. We'll email you a reminder 7 days before your first charge, and you can cancel any time before then without paying anything.
Do you guarantee I'll win the job?
No. We get you the opportunity: the project, the GC, and the timing. Winning it is up to you. Bidding, pricing, follow-up, and the work itself are your responsibility. No lead service can honestly promise you'll be awarded a job.
Why do you ask for a business number?
BuildLink ATX is for real, working companies. Subscriptions are for registered businesses, not individuals. Texas Secretary of State file numbers and taxpayer numbers are checked instantly against state records when you sign up. Sole proprietors can use their county DBA certificate, which we check by hand within 1 business day, before your first alert goes out. It keeps the network trustworthy for subs and GCs. If we can't verify your business, we'll contact you, and if it still can't be verified, we'll cancel and refund any charge.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Plans are month to month.
